Shipping Information

For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the Indian courier service. Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Domestic Orders

Usually, we ship orders within 1-2 Business Days across India. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.

• We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above INR 501
• INR 100 shipping charge for orders below INR 501
• Delivery in 2-3 working days in metro cities in India
• Delivery in 3-7 working days for rest of India

Note: FortuNote currently ships only within India and does not offer international shipping.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Undelivered or Refused Packages

If your order arrives and:

• The customer refuses to accept the package, or
• No attempt is made to deliver the package after repeated tries,

Fortunote Perfumes reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
